Our GMC Prep Drill Team represented us well in Saturday’s Georgia State Drill Team Competition held at Fort Gordon, Ga. At this level of competition, there are over 1000 cadets participating in various events representing over 46 schools throughout the entire state of Georgia. We are small, but are a force to be reckoned with. Please congratulate all of our Drill Team members for their contributions and especially the following for results achieved:

Rudy Mills/Kip Goss: 3rd Place
Female Individual Exhibition State Finalist:
Dawn Heyward: 3rd Place
Male Individual Exhibition State Finalist:
Rudy Mills: 4th Place
Daniel Du: 4th Place (Unofficial, scoring sheet is under review, may be higher)
Combined Individual Knock Out Drill (over 500 cadets compete in mass formation)
Kip Goss- 6th Place
