Directions to Washington Wilkes:

Take Hwy 22 East to Sparta.  In Sparta, take a left on Hwy 22 toward Crawfordville.   About 5 miles out of town you will pass the High School.  Just past the High School, you will veer to the right on Hwy 22 toward Crawfordville. 

You will stay on 22 to and through Crawfordville until it crosses Hwy 44.  You will take a right on Hwy 44. Stay on 44 into Washington Georgia. 

Turn right at the first red light in Washington, go through the next 3 red lights, stay on that road about 1/4 mile, you will see CVS drug store on your right, take right, the primary school is on your right, take the road just past the primary school to the right. The softball, baseball and football field will be about 1-2 miles down this road.

It is about 70 miles using this route.  It is mostly back roads until you hit Hwy 44, also called the Greensboro Hwy.
